The terms and conditions include and should be considered together with the following sections:
I. Website Access
Your access to the secretcards.ro website is subject to these Terms and Conditions and implies your acceptance of them, representing an agreement between the parties. Violation of these Terms and Conditions constitutes an offense.
S.C. DailyDriven United S.R.L. reserves the right to seek legal compensation from those who have violated these rules.
The information provided on this site is free. All Internet users have access to it.
II. Copyright
The content (images, texts, web graphics elements, scripts, and other data on this site) may not be reproduced, modified, transferred, published, displayed, transmitted, or recorded without the prior written consent of S.C. DailyDriven United S.R.L.
This is the property of S.C. DailyDriven United S.R.L. and its suppliers and is protected by copyright law. Use of any of the above elements without the company's consent is punishable under applicable law.
III. Protection and Processing of Personal Data
Secret Cards collects personal data on its website pages only with the voluntary consent of the Member or Customer for the following purposes:
- Validation, shipping, and invoicing of orders
- Resolution of cancellations or problems of any kind related to an order or contract
- To ensure access to the service
- Sending newsletters and/or periodic alerts via email, SMS, and/or phone call
- Contacting at their voluntary request
- Contacting for Customer Relations matters
By creating an Account, each Member or Customer has expressed consent for Secret Cards to collect and manage their personal data in compliance with GDPR provisions.
Any Member or Customer has the right to obtain from Secret Cards, through a written, signed, and dated request, free of charge:
- Confirmation of whether their data is or is not being processed
- Where applicable, rectification, update, blocking, or deletion of data whose processing does not comply with the law
- Where applicable, anonymization of data whose processing does not comply with the law
- Notification to third parties to whom data has been disclosed of any operation performed
The Customer has the right to object to the collection of their personal data and to request its deletion, thereby revoking their given consent.
To exercise their rights, the Customer or Member should contact Secret Cards through any written communication method.
If the Customer opts for online payment of orders, VISA and MasterCard cards are accepted.
Secret Cards does not request or store any information regarding the Customer's bank card(s), as these are processed directly on the online payment service provider's servers.
Secret Cards undertakes that the collected Customer/Member data will only be used in accordance with the stated purposes and will not make public, sell, rent, license, transfer, etc. the database containing personal data information to any third party not involved in fulfilling the stated purposes.
IV. Online Sales Policy
4.1. Service Access
Access to the service is permitted to any Member who has or creates an Account or any Customer who uses the quick order option (without account).
To be permitted access to the service, the Member must accept the Terms and Conditions governing the legal relationship between Secret Cards and customer/member.
Secret Cards reserves the right to restrict or exclude Customer access to the Service and/or to some of the accepted payment methods and to delete or restrict their Account, within the limits of the law, if it considers that the Customer's activity on the site could prejudice Secret Cards in any way.
Each Member may have only one Account. Sharing an Account between multiple Members/Customers is prohibited.
4.2. Products and Services
Secret Cards may publish on the site information about products, services and/or promotions practiced by it or by any other third party with which Secret Cards has partnership agreements, for a certain period and within the available stock limit.
Products and/or services purchased through the service are intended exclusively for the Customer's personal use.
All prices for products or services displayed on the site are expressed in RON (Romanian Lei) and include VAT.
Invoicing for purchased products will be issued exclusively in RON.
All information used to describe products and/or services available on the site (static/dynamic images, multimedia presentations, etc.) do not represent a contractual obligation from Secret Cards, being used exclusively for presentation purposes.
4.3. Online Order
The Customer can place orders for products marketed at any given time exclusively on the site, by adding the desired product(s) to the shopping cart, and completing the order by paying through one of the expressly indicated methods.
By completing the order, the Customer consents that all data provided, necessary for the purchase process, is correct, complete, and true at the date of order placement.
By completing the order, the Customer consents that Secret Cards may contact them through any available means in any situation where contacting the Customer is necessary.
Secret Cards may unilaterally cancel the Customer's order, following prior notification to the Customer, without any further obligation of either party to the other, in the following cases:
- Non-acceptance by the Customer's card-issuing bank of the transaction, in case of online payment
- Invalidation of the transaction by the card processor, in case of online payment
- Data provided by the Customer on the site is incomplete or incorrect
- The Customer's activity on the site may and/or causes damage of any kind
- More than one consecutive failed delivery attempt
If the Customer withdraws within the legal withdrawal period from the contract (14 days), for which payment was made by bank card, the amount will be returned by Secret Cards within a maximum of 14 calendar days.
The Customer has no right to modify the content of an order after it has been prepared or shipped.
4.4. Shipping and Delivery of Orders
Delivery of purchased products to the Customer is made through a courier company. The courier company processes personal data of Secret Cards Customers exclusively for providing product transport services.
Deliveries will be made between 1 and 14 days from order placement, depending on product availability.
If the customer cannot be contacted at the date and time set for delivery, the ordered products will be reserved for 3 business days. If the customer cannot be contacted within this time, the order will be canceled.
Orders paid by Bank Transfer are delivered only after the amount enters the account of S.C. DailyDriven United S.R.L.
4.5. Product Availability
- În stoc: In Stock - The product is in the store's physical stock and can be purchased and delivered in approximately 24-48 hours.
- Stoc limitat: Limited Stock - The product is available in limited quantity.
- Nu este în stoc: Out of Stock - The product is not currently available.
- Precomandă: Pre-order - The product will be available within the specified timeframe after placing the order.
4.6. Package Refusal
The Secret Cards Customer may refuse to receive the package containing the purchased products in the following situations:
- The package shows severe damage
- Products were delivered/invoiced incorrectly
- Products have manufacturing defects
- Products do not match the description
V. Product Returns
Product returns are subject to applicable laws as well as our own return policy.
Shipping costs for products returned within the legal period (14 days) will be borne by the consumer.
The sender is responsible for proper packaging and the accuracy of the data entered on the transport note (AWB) and package labeling.
Packages sent by the sender must be packed in a way that protects the product from factors that could cause damage throughout the transport duration (protective cardboard, polystyrene, bubble wrap, etc. are recommended).

VII. Limitation of Liability
S.C. DailyDriven United S.R.L. does not assume responsibility for possible damages resulting from the use of information on this site.
S.C. DailyDriven United S.R.L. does not assume responsibility for the proper functioning of external content sources to which references are made, being in no way involved in their management.
S.C. DailyDriven United S.R.L. reserves the right to block access through this site to Internet domains that may have illegal or harmful content.
S.C. DailyDriven United S.R.L. assumes no responsibility if:
- The information does not meet all your requirements
- The site cannot be accessed by users for an undetermined period of time
- The quality of any products, services, or information does not meet all your requirements
S.C. DailyDriven United S.R.L. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special damages including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profit, use, data, or other intangible losses.
S.C. DailyDriven United S.R.L. reserves the right to cancel an order if the product price or some product characteristics were incorrectly entered in the database, delivery not yet being made.
All promotions are valid while stock lasts.
VIII. Content Updates
S.C. DailyDriven United S.R.L. reserves the right to modify and update the content of this site at any time without prior notice.
IX. Disputes
Any dispute arising in connection with the use of this site will be resolved amicably.
If the conflict cannot be resolved amicably, jurisdiction belongs to Romanian courts.
The Customer confirms that they have read and accepted these terms and conditions. Use of the site by the customer implies unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.
